Orders & Returns
What is your return policy?
- We want you to love your inswim pieces. This is why we are happy to accept returns in exchange for credit only for only swim tops. Please note, we do not accept returns for any swim bottoms or one pieces due to sanitation purposes. To return your piece(s), email contact@inswimclub.com your order number and your reasoning as to why. Once your return is received, please give us 2-3 business days to inspect your return and email you your store credit.
Can I change or cancel my order once it’s placed?
- We are unable to make changes to your order once it is placed. Please double check to make sure everything is correct before submitting. If you need to update your address, email contact@inswimclub.com if your label has not been made we can update it. If it's already shipped, we recommend contacting the courier directly. All gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded or canceled.

Shipping
How long does delivery take?
- Currently domestic shipping takes 2-7 business days and international shipping 3-10 business days. Please note, that shipping is outside of our control and we cannot be held accountable for any delays in shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
- Absolutely, we ship worldwide! :)
